Challenge Aerospace is an investment vehicle that seeks out and develops strong niche positions in the Aerospace sector globally.  Our global network gives us insight to structural changes occurring in the Aerospace sector including opportunities for cross-border investing. We seek growth investing opportunities that may lead to making an outright acquisition in lieu of a public market exit for early investors.  This may include minority positions in B or C rounds (and some select A rounds) with an eye to taking a larger or majority position in the company in due course, as well as private debt financing. In addition, some of the Challenge Aerospace Principals and Advisors select a limited number of early-stage companies to advise on a case-by-case basis.

Our access to capital across the globe allows us some flexibility in designing and implementing investment approaches appropriate for each opportunity. We take a merchant banking approach where we draw funds from various sources for each transaction, while acting to manage the investment or business long-term. Challenge Aerospace is proactive in developing deals, often by introducing strategic opportunities to our network and assembling the participants to the transaction.
